WhoMadeWho’s Every Minute Alone by William Stahl

After their brilliant Keep Me In My Plane, WhoMadeWho and director William Stahl widen the scope of their study into the inverse relationship between material prosperity and psychological wellbeing.
The video is the product of the budding relationship between the band and the creative team – director Stahl, screenwriter Michael Vogt and photographer Thomas A. They also have two more videos in the works – for indie-bands Murder and I Got You On Tape – and William reveals that they’re also thematically linked to Every Minute Alone.
“We’ve developed a fantastic working relationship with WhoMadeWho, and they have been extremely trusting and supportive of our ideas,” says William. “We had a fantastic time when we shot the video for Keep Me In My Plane, and we really bonded on that shoot. Afterward Tomas Høffding trusted us to make a very “insider”-type video for his solo project Bon Homme, pulling down the pants on making music videos. So again we were given free hands to do what we wanted, and that was a thematically sequel to the first video further checking the pulse of life in the western fast-lane.”
In other words, big boys do cry these days – a lot. But then assembling IKEA furniture will do that to anyone.
