[pay]Ghost Robot's Mark De Pace sent us the White Denim video by Elliot Jokelson a while ago, but we weren't able to show it at the time. Then we heard Stephen Merchant and co. swooning all over this on 6Music on Sunday.

Well, to be honest we're not sure about White Denim. Because anyone who sounds so uncannily like a rock band from 1970 should have proper facial hair, or look like Jimi H, or both. And furthermore, they should be called The Jean Jacket Railroad Company or something. White Denim Wrong decade.

However, it's a highly visceral, flarey (flarey) performance video by Elliot Jokelson, who previously directed the excellent animated video for Eastern Conference Champions' The Box. Yeah, very flarey.
