Zac Ella, formerly part of the now-defunct Up The Resolution team, has just directed this swirly, kaleidoscopic and optically zany affair for Eight Legs' I Understand.

It's based on Zac and the band's mutual appreciation for "eating a banana" - which refers to a very entertaining clip of original hippiedom from back in the day (see below).

"Following the theme of the track - sleep deprivation - I wanted to create something 'hypno-delic', that would interact with the viewer and hopefully become a cure to that dreadful insomnia. Or just be another way to wig-out.

"Having talked to the band, we had a mutual appreciation for 'eating a banana', so they were all go. It was massive fun making it, painting our faces, pulling shapes. Plus it was rattled out in a week!
