"I used a single Canon 550D, a bag of Zeiss glass and a lot of sweat," he says. "I went for a slightly theatrical stage performance to introduce us to the band in the context of the gorgeous theatre location, but also included both the band's strong northern soul influences and the ghostly feel of the awe-inspiring yet dormant building.

"The video opens out into some Brit-grit style documentary footage towards the end, as the song becomes more positive."
