Here's a far-out slice of anacronistic wackiness for Canadian artist Aidan Knight's All Clear, by regular collaborators William Wilkinson and OPD Brooks, aka Ft. Langley. The video transports us back to the 1970s, and the era of radical and experimental psychotherapy, with Knight as a sullen young man at a party who gets propositioned to take part in 'realm therapy' by a persuasive stranger sporting peculiar facial hair.
The atmospheric clip takes a bizarre turn when the young man visits the stranger's clinic, and after some preliminary testing, is installed into a completely dark room. Moments later, he finds himself in an 80s graphics infused trip, with hyper-colourful backup dancers and an Aztec tower that emerges out of nowhere. Can you dig it? We can...
