Raleigh Ritchie has kept up his stream of entertaining and emotionally resonant videos with this new one for Never Better directed by Casper Kelly (of Too Many Cooks fame), following up Shynola's double-video project for Bloodsport '15.

Raleigh finds himself trapped in a jail cell, while normal life goes on as usual. He goes to work, gets on the subway, walks around the city and pines after his office crush all from his ambulatory cell - which travels with him wherever he goes. 

And its quite an effective visual concept, showing how his low moods and inner demons affect him in his everyday life. It also serves as a neat narrative device towards the end, as he finds the impulse to break free from his prison when his guard turns on his new-found love.
