Crows 'Whisper' by Hugh Rochfort
Cat Velez - 10th Mar 2016
London band Crows have released this visceral clip, telling a story of a young South London couple and the breakdown of a short-lived relationship, directed by Hugh Rochfort.
With plenty of close-ups of heavy and inscrutable gazes, cigarettes, human skin, and dark silhouettes, the video evokes the lovers' demise cut with an eruption of aggressive energy channeled through the band's performance of their song, Whisper. Impressive work by Rochfort, and DoP Jack Mealing.
