The third film by Seamus Murphy to accompany PJ Harvey's new album The Hope Six Demolition Project, following The Wheel and The Community Of Hope, is for The Orange Monkey, in which Murphy captures everyday life in Afghanistan.

As ever with Murphy's work, its full of beautifully observed details that in the space of minutes gives the viewer a true sense of the place. This is the real Afghanistan, where life goes on amid the reality and the relics of war. It's a fascinating, affecting, even occasionally humourous sketch - and a great example of the skill of the war photographer turned into moving image.
