Abra dances through her emotional turmoil in the desert under the direction of Zaiba Jabbar.

It's a delicate and hypnotic meditation on vulnerability as Abra dances through scenes of dried-out urban decay in a gorgeous swirl of natural and coloured light. A bold, yet subtle statement on being emotionally exposed and embracing it.

ZAIBA JABBAR:

"The song is about emotional vulnerability – people being reckless with your emotions and then being confused or angry when you finally react or even clap back. 

"Abra felt really strongly about putting the crybaby dance in the video as she remembers it from her childhood. It resembles a child crying and throwing a tantrum, but is also highly sexual. The dance is loaded with symbolism on one hand, emotions and vulnerability can be very sexy. On the other hand, the up-and-down motion of the dance signifies the back and forth Abra often had with herself—repressing emotions because 'I don't want to be dramatic.' Check out the dance at 3.14. 

"For me it was key in capturing and highlighting the mellifluous hypnotic dark lullaby-esque sounds in a way that pinpointed the contradictions in themes that blur emotional maturity with vulnerability. The camera teases, pulls and toys with the viewer as a voyeur and the chemistry between Gabby and Ru creating these abstract visuals. I wanted a world that felt hypnotic and otherworldly. A huge thank you to all the gorgeous lovelies that made this video a reality."
