How to make an investigation of the the diversity and complexity of relationships that is funny, scurrilous, touching, eccentric, and a bit disgusting (that repeated toilet shot, ugh), and make it something that could only really work as a music video? Well, Frank Lebon has done it.

The song Can't Believe The Way We Flow is classic Blake in smooth melodic and romantic mode. Lebon responds by making his edit as kinetic as possible. Few shots last on screen for more than a few frames, and often a lot less, and he creates several superb sequences of live action animation. The advantage is you can get in a lot of stuff by that method - there are many people in many fairly simple yet intriguing setups - and the speed of the edit actually works perfectly with the song.

With a cast of dozens and a smattering of drawn animation, Lebon has created a lo-fi epic, and a bit of a classic.
