Joshua Osborne directs the new music documentary for Tom Misch and Yussef Dayes' debut album What Kinda Music.

Switching between conceptual performance setups and behind the scenes, fly-on-the-wall filming, the visual delves into the background of production and collaboration, as well as the artists' respective journeys and influences. Punctuated by shifts in tone and pace, the documentary is intimate and informative as well as being brilliantly entertaining. 

Shot on 35mm, DoP James Rhodes reflects the concept with a dreamy and relaxed aesthetic, elevated by slow and steady camerawork, often acting as spectator in the background whilst the creative process unravels on screen.
