SL traverses an overgrown, abandoned Britain in Oliver Jennings' video for Little Bird. 

Focusing on performance and striking set pieces, the visual jumps from a futuristic tropical apartment to rural landscapes inhabited by flocks of sheep, before moving on to the deserted streets of London. 

Charmingly offbeat and paying homage to a variety of different genres and concepts, SL thrives in each of the vignettes, bringing lots of confidence and presence to each scene. 

OLIVER JENNINGS: 

I wrote the idea before lockdown, but it took on a strange significance as we started to see streets empty and the world in a completely alien way.

"I loved the idea of SL as being a lone mysterious figure who travels where he pleases. I wanted to explore the strange landscapes of Britain and shoot a rural but futuristic video. I loved the idea of a block completely overgrown with tropical leaves as if it’s showing London far in the future.

"We even travelled out to sea to the forts which where we discovered a strange blend of old and new with the wind turbines behind them. I wrote the idea before lockdown, but it took on a strange significance as we started to see streets empty and the world in a completely alien way."
