A feller cuts down a forest until he arrives at the last tree standing, in Kalainithan Kalaichelvan's mesmerising short music film, A Feller And The Tree. 

Written from the perspective of the final tree as it confronts the feller, the video intertwines a powerful voiceover with a spirited soundtrack and gorgeous cinematography. 

Through the portraits of Sri Lankan Tamil Canadians, this film seeks to examine our relationship to land, both lost and inherited, landscapes both remembered and imagined.
