Creating a visual dichotomy from the first frame, the contrast of dizzyingly vibrant costumes and gloomy post-industrial backdrops takes viewers on a hallucinatory trip through a choreographed fever dream.
Evoking memories of classic Chemical Brothers and New Order promos, Hayward experiments with movement and colour, intermittently surreal and mesmerising with masterful flair.Â
The video is an anachronistic dream that leaves an immediate impression - and a burning desire to hit the repeat button.
