An unbearably intense attraction turns into an obsession, in Aube Perrie's wonderfully bizarre promo for MK.
Pondering on the primal, animalistic nature of our subconscious, the concept presents a bodybuilder-esque character with the head of a dog... and it only gets weirder from there.
After serving a beautiful girl at his food cart one fateful day, thoughts of potential romance and happily-ever-afters plague his mind, and cause him to cast aside his long term relationship and just about every responsibility he has day-to-day.
Shot in a gritty, documentary-esque style by DoP Raphaël Vandenbussche - with terrific VFX/Flame work by Vincent Heine - it's a brilliant visual that turns a couple of tropes on their heads, and ends with a climactic display of karma.
