Benjamin Jones - aka 'Vidiotbrain' - has created a mixed media marvel for prog rock artist Ross Jennings, combining stop frame animation with live performance.   

Jones created this with all manner of found objects - toys, puppets, clothes, cardboard and other household bits - arranging imagery and animated text to coincide with the music and footage of Jennings's performance, then bringing everything together in Adobe After Effects.

It's a tremendous feat of DIY filmmaking, a labour of love that is even more impressive considering the fact that in true prog-rock fashion, Jennings's song Violet is five and a half minutes in length, and Jones's imaginative use of his materials, props and cut-outs to frame the singer's performance never flags.
