Eager directs a volatile animated promo for 404 Guild's Shortwave, one of the four new tracks released on the group's new EP, Guild Three: Open Water. 

Framed by footage of an older man listening to the track on a shortwave radio - the only live action segments of the concept - the bulk of the video is an intense, stimulating mirage of colour, texture and forms. The use of perspective and varied art disciplines creates a hypnotic experience, with a perpetually refreshing aesthetic.

"The visual language of the video is heavily influenced by the unnerving, restless energy of the track," says Eager - aka Ben Eager - who employs his painterly style over live action footage of the band performing. "The name of the track itself, Shortwave, became an important point of reference throughout."
