Louis Browne explores the border between reality and fiction in his thought-provoking promo for COIN.Â
The video for Cutie explores the push and pull of reality and how in the present day, it's hard to tell what is alive, contrived or entirely digital.
With that in mind, the ambitious concept represents three different realms that the band exists within, and it took a large, international team to pull it all off - including CG artist Liam Noonan from London, DP Peter Hou from New York and Joanie Del Santo on styling duties.Â
The resulting visual is equal parts utopic and dystopian, a vision of a future that isn't a world away from our current reality... and maybe that's the most unsettling thing about the entire project.Â
