Sarah Piantadosi directs an uninhibited retro-tinged performance promo for London-based Irish alternative artist and poet Sinead O'Brien. 

The video acts as a live showcase for O'Brien and her band, shining a spotlight on her unique performance style and live show. 

Piantadosi encourages a charismatic performance from O'Brien, with excellent work from DoP Sam Hooper as she stalks London's night-time streets.

The bright highlights and gritty textures, and the enthusiastic coupling of the denizens of the nightclub where they are playing, hark back to videos of the 80s, and the entire concept has a very underground, almost Jarman-eque feel. High praise indeed.
