The Stepford Wives meets Alice in Wonderland as Charlie Sarsfield transports us to a surreal world where Rita Ora endures a fictional wedding from hell.

The vibrant visual for You Only Love Me features scenes of a bride’s day turned tumultuously upside-down, in which Sarsfield was inspired by Tim Burton and Wes Anderson for the LA-shot video - and features a cameo by none other than Sharon Stone.

Charlie Sarsfield says: "The concept for ‘You Only Love Me’ is centered around a nightmare wedding but we wanted it to feel somewhere in between a dream and a nightmare, where everything is continually going wrong but building up incrementally throughout the visual.

"We cast a group of ‘bad-maids’ around Rita, focussed on making the day amazing for themselves, rather than Rita. Colour plays a really important role in this. The ‘bad-maids’ are dressed in bright, clashing colours, whereas Rita is in a neutral palette throughout, highlighting the idea that she is out of place in a surreal world.

"I drew inspiration from directors such as Tim Burton and Wes Anderson in terms of colour, shooting style, production design and accessories. Pairing slow camera zooms and vibrant colours with bold outfits and wigs, reminiscent of movies such as ‘Edward Scissorhands’.

"Rita was truly amazing, she is an artist that knows her strengths and she gave a great performance. The video is a bold release, stepping away from the traditional pop video and making something that we both wanted to make. We had a lot of fun in the process too!”
