Elliott Hale directs a love letter to record stores with this poignant promo for Canadian band The Bishop Boys. 

In the video for Stone Man, the story of a couple's relationship is told through visits to a record shop, the two main characters connecting over a love for vinyl. But will they hit it off with each other? 

There is a sense of warm nostalgia for both the environment and the physical format, and the importance music has to every aspect of our lives. Shot in gentle fashion to reflect the sedate foilky nature of the song, it's a simple well-executed narrative concept that's hugely relatable.
