Cool Company vocalist Yann hosts a surreal dinner party for a group of invisible ex-lovers, in William Markarian-Martin's promo for Know It's Real.

The video is a 70's horror-infused love story featuring a host of practical effects, shot on 16mm and Super 8 by Thomas Marchese and Andrei Bowden Schwartz.

Boasting an evocative, nightmarish aesthetic, the video is a true meeting of art and music, and utterly captivating from start to end. 

The grotesque is rarely this beautiful, and complimented by a haunting, wistful performance, it's safe to say it's one of the most memorable videos of the year.
