Paul Trillo directs a hypnotic AI-enhanced promo for French alt-pop artist Jacques - shot on location in The Louvre in Paris  

The video for Absolve is a hybrid of music video, video art and short film formats, taking us inside the artist's mental vortex as he follows a cosmic teardrop throughout the Musée Du Louvre.

Through a series of experimental visual sequences, we are shown classical artworks in an entirely new light.

Boasting dazzling visual effects and CG enhancements, the video makes brilliant use of Trillo's innovative skill in AI filmmaking, pushing the boundaries of these tools and offering an alternative way of approaching post production. 

An arresting piece of work with brain-meltingly fun vignettes and an abstract, eccentric quality throughout. 

"Dall-e" was used in pre-production to assist with concept art and prop design, such as the "dial" that Jacques manipulates in the film.

In post-production, Paul Trilli used Stable Diffusion ImagezImage to bring the water blob to life as well as manipulating the classical artworks at the Louvre.

Generative video elements from Runway Gen-2 were also used in coniunction with the above-mentioned tools to finalise the bubbles, while Runway's Rotoscope and Frame Interpolation technologies were also used in the process. Finally, Luma AI was used to capture the NeRF elements.
