Michael Demetriou directs an unusual slice-of-life for electronic artist Traitor. 

In the video for White Whale we see the artist wonder around a supermarket, before happening upon a gutted fish at the counter. 

He goes to his car, has a moment of extreme distress, and then heads home for a bath, where he puts the fish back in the water. 

Despite the offbeat narrative, the video has a poignant atmosphere, and raises plenty of questions. A dichotomy of normal life and an abstract idea, brought to life in a gentle, intimate way.
