Olly Alexander's Dizzy - the UK's entry to Eurovision 2024 - gets a suitably head-spinning and brilliantly theatrical visual from Colin Solal Cardo.
Feeding on the song's intrinsic disco drama, the scenario is intense and even downbeat as Olly stares from the window of his claustrophobic cottage. But in a constant swirl of movement of the camera, the set and Alexander himself, the director breaks down the perceptions of reality to create a piece worthy of a major musical production.
As Olly jumps through the fourth wall of observation to reach different sets within the sound stage, the video keeps time with the incessant momentum of the song - which is a grower.
Will they dare to try to replicate this at the show itself?
