The UK Music Video Awards, the greatest global celebration of excellence in music video, has launched its 19th annual event and is now open for entries. And for this year's awards ceremony in November, the UKMVAs will return to legendary venue The Roundhouse.

The UKMVAs has opened its doors today (June 10th) for UK Music Video Awards 2026, with the premier awards show for music video creativity now accepting submissions for work accomplished in the UK and around the world in music video and music visual projects during the past year.

The UK Music Video Awards 2026 website is now live and welcoming entries.

This is the start of the journey that will lead to a huge celebration of achievement in music video creative production in the UK and beyond at the UK Music Video Awards 2026 ceremony. And this year, the journey leads back to The Roundhouse.

For the first time in five years, the UKMVAs ceremony and afterparty will be held at the legendary venue in Camden Town, North London. It marks the return to The Roundhouse, where UKMVAs' ceremonies took place between 201? and 2021. This year's event will take place on Wednesday, November 4th.

Once again, the UK Music Video Awards will be honouring the full range of creativity in music videos this year with 39 separate categories available to enter.

Entrants can submit their work from now until the entry deadline at midnight on August 3rd 2026. Details of how to submit can be found on the Entry Info page of the website.

Work entered at the awards must have been completed between August 1st 2025 and July 31st 2026. The work can be entered in a range of categories, which cover directorial achievement by music genre, technical and craft achievement, live video, and special projects, while there are also awards for individual achievement in several different fields of endeavour.

The 39 categories at UKMVAs 2026 includes the return of the award for Best Agent in the Individual achievement section. Best Low Budget Video, introduced in 2025, is now expanded to include Visualisers, for visual projects under £10K.
