Partizan has announced that Danny Herman is now heading it's Music Video division, while the music video roster at the London-based production company is expanding with the addition of five distinctive new directors: Ronan Day-Lewis, Gee Small, Erik He, Fabien Frankel and Ellius Grace.Herman has taken the reins of music videos at Partizan, while continuing to shape standout work across the company’s commercials slate. Dublin-based director and photographer <a href="https://partizan.com/director/ellius-grace/music-content/" target="_blank">Ellius Grace</a> boasts a refined cinematic style that is rooted in intimate portraiture and atmospheric world-building, which has made him one of Ireland’s most exciting creative voices. His work spans powerful collaborations with cultural icons, including Shane MacGowan, Sinéad O’Connor, Lankum, and even President Michael D. She has directed music videos for the likes of Hey Baby and the short film Baby, bringing an instinctive, performance-led approach to her storytelling. Founder of the modelling agency Gee Small Faces, her approach to storytelling is grounded in authenticity and presence. <a href="https://partizan.com/director/erik-he/music-content/" target="_blank">Erik He</a> is a&nbsp;visual artist shaped by a globally diverse upbringing across Asia, North America and Europe. Erik’s work brings together sculpture, performance and moving image to create a bold, contemporary visual language. <a href="https://partizan.com/director/fabien-frankel/music-content/" target="_blank">Fabien Frankel</a> is an actor and director whose international screen work informs a distinctive voice behind the camera. Ellius Grace directs a gripping folk horror-inspired promo for Irish alternative folk singer-songwriter Junior Brother.&nbsp;In the&nbsp;video for the track Junior Brother's Favourite, we see a young man stalked by a harrowing creature, who seems intent on taking something from him.&nbsp;It's a tale where dread, fear and madness coalesce&nbsp;into a fever pitch, two memorable characters set within a rural Irish setting which is captured in wonderfully textural, sepia-tinged cinematography by Aidan Gault.Balanced by a stripped-back, monochromatic performance setup, it's a lovely piece of work that is haunting in all the right places, and definitely sticks in your memory.[imgtoken data:1]&nbsp;

Ellius Grace directs a&nbsp;tragedy of bad self esteem, in this wacky promo for Junior Brother.&nbsp;Feeling undesirable and unseen by his wife, a man quite literally becomes part of the furniture, blending into towels, tablecloths and sofa cushions, while his wife only pays attention&nbsp;to her own plights.&nbsp;The absurdist concept is complemented by a strangely uncanny aesthetic, as if this type of shapeshifting was an everyday occurence.Anchored by excellent performances from Bryan Quinn and Laura McGlinchey and some top-notch art direction, it's a captivating and memorable video.&nbsp;
