But Bartleet's video for Immortal Love conjures the same eery&nbsp;corporate liminality as shows such as Severance, with an absorbing, anachronistic vibe.&nbsp;And&nbsp;Mika has his own way of disrupting the tedium of the drab&nbsp;office setting, with that photocopier, building a&nbsp;rotating factory line of clones, creating his own version of immortality as he does so.&nbsp;

Director X, giant of music video direction, has joined Las Bandas Be Brave for worldwide music video representation.The director, otherwise known as Julien Christian Lutz, has been directing music videos for the biggest pop and rap global rap artists from the late Nineties to the present day.&nbsp;He is known for his work for&nbsp;Drake, Jay-Z, Tyla, Rihanna, Rosalia, Sean Paul, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Kendrick Lamar, Justin Bieber, DJ Khaled, and many more.&nbsp;Director X is unquestionably one of the most viewed music video directors of all time on YouTube, with several of his videos, including <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GL9JoH4Sws" target="_blank">Fifth Harmony's Work From Home</a>, now recording views in the billions.&nbsp;His other work includes&nbsp;the movie Superfly, and creating&nbsp;art installations for Nuit Blanche and 'Life of The Earth',&nbsp;in collaboration with the Ontario Science Center, in his hometown of Toronto.&nbsp;Andy Roberts, Director's Rep UK at Las Bandas, says: "We are thrilled to welcome Director X to Las Bandas. MIKA shifts gears as he grapples with modern times, in&nbsp;Rupert Höller's beautifully abstract promo inspired by Charlie Chaplin's 1930s classic movie.&nbsp;The video for Modern Times is an industrial-tinged, creative montage of vibrant vignettes, paying homage to Chaplin and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLeDdzGUTq0" target="_blank">the original Modern Times</a>, Talking Heads, and the graphic compositions of Russian constructivism art.Shot in the director's home town of Vienna, the video experiments with various in-camera and visual effects, playing with scale, colour and styling.&nbsp;It's got all the exuberance of a Mika visual, elevated by the&nbsp;heightened, anachronistic aesthetic, and the&nbsp;characteristic focus upon the relationship between design and choreography that's a real hallmark of Rupert Höller's work. And the success of the video also rests on the unexpected dramatic twist, where Earth explodes in a&nbsp;flash of red-hot flames.&nbsp;After glimpses of his past appearing in his helmet visor, the final moments are a compendium of glitchy memories that pull on the heartstrings. And we end on Neil's face in close-up,&nbsp;leaving his fate as a mystery.
