Izzy Bizu 'Mad Behaviour' by Guillaume Panariello
Cat Velez - 29th Mar 2016
Not unlike his apocalyptic slow-motion spectacle for Steve Angelo's Children Of The Wild, French director Guillaume Panariello continues to push through technical boundaries, offering us exciting new perspectives in Izzy Bizu’s latest single Mad Behaviour.
Shot across two days using a Phantom camera and motion control, the highly emotional, visually captivating video successfully translates the singer's tumultuous inner world, the bounderies of which are blurred.Â
Capturing one symbolic scene to the next with smooth transition, our heavyhearted singer performs in dimly lit rooms while broken objects around her are rebuilt as if by magic – an effective visual metaphor for the redemption she longs for.Â
And don't miss the awesome ending, which includes the sight of a piano crashing from the ceiling onto a perfectly set table - all in reverse. Another exceptional work from Guillaume Panariello.
