Taken from Andrew Dominik's film One More Time With Feeling, about the making of the latest Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds album Skeleton Tree, the video for Jesus Alone would be compelling at any time: it deftly captures the process of the song's recording. But the circumstances in which it was made, months after the death of Cave's son, will inevitably affect how the viewer perceives it. It's breathtaking, and heartbreaking.
