Molly Burdett's video for Arlo Parks' dreamy Sophie explores the relationship between anxiety and relief -  stark opposites which are nevertheless intrinsically linked.

"I was interested in visually analysing this relationship by capturing images that represented both these themes, aiming to provoke emotion from the viewer and helping them to identify with the songs meaning. The decision to use slow zooms as a prominent feature became crucial to emphasise both a feeling of isolation as well as a state of calm."
