Brock Neal Roberts directs a tender, introspective promo for Arlo Parks' Caroline. 

Recounting the story of a couple trying - and failing - to make each other happy, Parks is a spectator in this concept, watching and empathising as a torrent of emotions weigh heavily overhead. 

The video has a gentle, authentic aesthetic, similar to Roberts' UKMVA-winning promo for Berwyn's Trap Phone. His ability to communicate complex emotions through subtle performance and framing - care of DoP Jack Reynolds - is perfectly suited to the concept, and elevates Parks' already transcendent presence on screen.
