KC Locke directs an energetic performance video for Pa Salieu, in the first instalment of Apple Music's The Agenda Live.

Pondering upon the question of personal agenda and life goals, Salieu narrates his answer as the visuals dive into a frenetic haze of back-projection and lo-fi textures, giving a dynamic energy to the intro. 

A live performance follows, shot all in one take, as Salieu traverses the industrial landscape, weaving in and out of bold coloured lights.

I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to bring Pa Salieu’s Agenda story to life.

With this project I wanted to visualise the meaning of Trap Till Morning, the fatigue of the everyday life and the daily grind.

"I wanted to create the illusion of the world spinning around us while we take a pause…. and listen to PA Salieu’s personal statement and perspective on life from growing up in COV on the frontline, and how his experiences have shaped him into who he is today.

"From this world we transition into a powerful one-take performance, following PA through an underground concrete jungle passing between different worlds showcasing his raw infectious performance energy.

"I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to bring Pa Salieu’s Agenda story to life and launch the new Apple Music Agenda video series, created to shine a strong visual light on rising Black British talent, spanning hip-hop, grime, R&B, Afrobeats, and everything in between.
