Anna Himma directs a marvellous medieval fantasy for Tommy Cash. 

Featuring birds with human face torsos, dancing knights and full scale fight scenes - and that's just the start of it - the video for Racked fits perfectly within Cash's surreal, absurdist world, and is quite possibly the most uncomfortably fun three and a half minutes you will have this week.

It's a triumph of weirdness, brought together by frequent collaborator Himma's off-the-wall creativity - she won an UKMVA last year for her brilliant art direction of the video for Cash's Sdubid - DoP  Jurģis Kmins' polished cinematography, and of course, Cash's over the top performance - culminating in a dance sequence worthy of a South Korean boyband in full medieval regalia.

“This video right here didn’t want to come alive," says Tommy Cash. "We tried to come up with a right concept for it over a year. There have been 5-6 fully written different ideas, and some of them even with drawn moodboards for every shot - but COVID or something else was always standing in our way…

"Until one beautiful day this medieval vision came to us which was actually the hardest to make out of them all. Anna Himma just shot it out of this world…”
