Sekou Abineri presents a thrilling portrait of Athens in his promo for Marina Satti. 

Blending traditional Greek culture with modern-day youth culture in the city, the video for Spirto Ke Venzini is a fast-paced, intoxicating ride with vibrant cinematography and inventive sound design. 

"For the video, we wanted to look at the Ancient Greek custom of Klidonas," says Abineri. "This is a ritual that takes place at the end of June and involves the single girls from a village placing good luck charms into a pot.

"The charms are later removed as other villager’s prophecies as to whom the girls are going to marry. At night a bonfire is lit and people jump over it as an act of purification and revival."
