Martin Swarovski directs a fictional trailer to an imaginary 90's crime thriller, in this promo for German hiphop producer Klaus Layer.
The video for It's You presents as a suspense movie set in a world full of desire, deception and a threat from outer space, in an enigmatic, completely captivating montage of offbeat, cinematic vignettes.Â
Illusory and dreamlike, the video is built upon mysterious foundations, and it's this lack of coherent story and structure that gives it such an alluring presence. A tour de force of surreal creativity, that's a perfect fit to the track.
