Nicolina Knapp directs a stirring portrait of brotherhood in her affecting promo for Sunnan.
The video for My Love For You explores deep-rooted love and loss, and how our lives change when we reconnect to the memories we have tried to suppress.
Filmed on Fårö island in Sweden, the video evokes the work of Ingmar Bergman, with abstract minimalism and a focus on raw, unfiltered emotion in the performance.
Shot by cinematographer Arvid Kornstrand, the video leans into a vintage black and white aesthetic, with only several flashbacks filmed in colour, in a clever subversion of traditional techniques and expectations.
