Director & animator Mardo El-Noor directs a striking promo for New Zealand hip hop artist Scribe. 

The video for Do Or Die, Don't Or Die features a breathtaking montage of hand-drawn vignettes, intended to capture Scribe at different stages of his career. 

The often-morbid drawings are peppered with scribbled lyrics and messy tape crossses, creating a tangible and textural aesthetic. 

It's outstanding work, especially noteworthy given the current climate of AI instant gratification. The video has been painstakingly crafted, and as a result, absolutely mesmerising.
