KC Locke directs a characteristically ambitious promo for Mexican superstars Nataneal Cano and Oscar Maydonn, as they enjoy a special trip to London.Â
The video for Guiza is the epitome of luxury, dripping with expensive locations, vehicle work and VFX, and blends Locke's eye for exciting set pieces with the best the city has to offer.Â
From the iconic London skyline to glossy interior vignettes, it's a video that feels playful yet elevated, and showcases the artists in a great light.Â
"I was asked to write a concept for Corridos Gamionos stars Nata and Oscar, who were coming to the UK on vacation from Mexico!" Locke explains. "They wanted a luxury visual encapsulating an upper echelon British Bruce Wayne aesthetic.
"Working with new genres of music is really exciting for me and allows me to show what London looks like to a part of the world that's not exposed to our culture. The video pulled out all the stops - we had helicopters, drones, tracking vehicles on land and sea, speed boats, luxury penthouses and epic views of London.
"Having a week to turn this video around was no easy task but our team worked really hard on making this happen."
