Different versions of Lady Gaga battle each other in a suburban dreamworld/hellscape in Tanu Muino's video for Disease, the most gothic pop that Gaga has created since the Fame Monster era. 

Gaga has revealed that the inspiration behind the song was her personal "inner darkness" and her relationship with her "inner demons" - translated into the intriguing characters who are the sole inhabitants of this eery suburban world.
