Alexander Wessely directs an impressive promo for Anyma featuring Ellie Goulding that chronicles a monumental piece of work, featuring blockbuster VFX to accompany live performance, of the singer with the DJ producer at The Las Vegas Sphere.

In September last year, Wessely and producer Elia Bertolaso enlisted DoP Ollie Dahmen to film Ellie Goulding’s performance. Collaborating with gaffer Jonny Boomer, they captured the studio performance alongside Anyma.

Extensive post-production work was then undertaken by Tobias Gremmler in preparation for the video’s premiere at Anyma’s residency show in Las Vegas. Displayed to the sold out venue's 20,000 capacity on the Sphere's 160,000 square foot LED screen.

The visual has been released separately, but the final product hops between Goulding's real life and virtual performances, demonstrating the scope of the visual and the atmosphere around its premiere.
