Dora Paphides directs an alluring promo for new pop artist Fred Roberts - her first since signing to KODE. With a cinematic, darkly romantic aesthetic, the video sees Roberts perform in an empty theatre, switching between dazzling on-stage setups and enigmatic backstage shots. It's a fast-paced, dramatic video, anchored by the artist's stirring performance and on-point cinematography by Owain E. Morgan.

Sam Taylor reunites with Fontaines DC frontman Grian Chatten, for this moving promo for All Of The People. Taken from Chatten's debut solo album, the video examines what it means to be human, and how we break out of the cycle of unconscious routine to find freedom. “Taking inspiration from Lars Von Trier, George Orwell, Billy Wilder, our film analyses loneliness, self doubt then acceptance, appreciation and human connection," Taylor mentions. With a grungy dystopian aesthetic, the video emphasises the often restrained nature of the human experience. However, the use of light pastel colours and the romantic textures of shooting on film give the film a hopeful streak, which is embodied by the characters as the video progresses. This is the third collaboration between Taylor and Chatten, with the previous two videos being for Fontaines D.C. - Roman Holiday and I Love You.

Luis Hindman continues his successful run of video collaborations with Joesef, this time for poignant track Joe. The video explores the process of letting go of a relationship, told through a framework of a wrecked apartment and the memories which once filled it. Emotionally, things have changed - but physically, you're still in the exact same place.Capturing a transcendent, illusory vibe that feels snatched straight from a memory, the video documents the highs, the lows and the inbetweens, seamlessly blending a stream of different emotions and snapshots of life together. The exposed, stripped-back location and art direction perfectly reflect the themes in the track, and provide a minimalist structure for the couple's world to inhabit, until it breaks apart. Raw, honest and consuming, it's a standout video, and arguably the best of Joesef and Luis Hindman's collaborations to date.

Beki Mari directs a sensual promo for Melody Gardot and Philippe Powell, produced by 247 Productions. The video for This Foolish Heart Could Love You is curated in partnership with the Musée Rodin in Paris, and features two dancers in place of the artists themselves - Marie-Agnès Gillot, who also choreographed the piece, along with her male counterpart from L’Opera Garnier, Germain Louvet.Dressed in archive pieces by Japanese Designer Issey Miyake, the video externalises the romantic themes of the track, and the dancers take inspiration from the breathtaking art that surrounds them, bringing to life the sculptor August Rodin's work, as if to ‘flip the switch’ on who is the muse and who is the artist. "Some of our most powerful memories are re-lived through music which is why it is so vital to film-making," says Beki Mari. "Music inspires movement both externally and internally and in this piece, surrounded by some of the worlds greatest sculptures, we project ourselves through this combination of movement and song in order to dream through the romance, ending in the slow stillness of silence."For me, the fascination of creating films is this ability to conceive or birth a kind of visual language which is understood uniquely, each time it is played."
