Harry Jenkinson directs a fluid, breezy promo for Wild Spelks' Dreamer - his second video for the musician otherwise known as Jonny Sabiston. 

In contrast to the previous one for Turn It Around - shot around Whitley Bay, where both artist and director live - the video for Dreamer is an appropriately housebound affair. Sabiston records, plays, mixes and produces all his own music, and the video visualises the self-sufficient process, with Sabiston at home, and wandering from room to room to create his new pop hit. 

The minimalist aesthetic ensures all focus is on the performance, while DoP Curt Taylor's fluid camerawork and stylised lighting setups celebrate the magic of the creative process. The low-contrast cinematography and naturalistic colour palettes also add an intimacy to the project.
