James Blunt brings a shockwave of fear with him, in Jamie Thraves' hilarious video for Unstoppable. 

It's a concept that wouldn't get past the commissioners desk in 99% of cases, but with a self-deprecating artist like Blunt - who has proven time and time again he will go to places most artists wouldn't dream about - it is a match made in Heaven. 

Blunt is a walking, taking music machine, instilling absolute terror in everyone who crosses his path. People bleed from the ears, fall to the floor and hide in car boots to get away from him. But after one man takes the time to make proper eye contact with his charming smile, it's all turned on its head. Very charming. And very James Blunt.

I have never laughed this much writing a treatment. 

"The brief for this video was to celebrate James Blunt's self-deprecating Twitter humour. When I came up with the idea of everyone being terrified of James - like he was The Blob or the Terminator from Terminator 2 - I just couldn't stop laughing.

"I think the idea may have been inspired by The Goodies! I loved The Goodies when I was a kid. I have never laughed this much writing a treatment. I kept on laughing doing the storyboard, the animatic, the shoot and the edit.

"It was brilliant of James to send himself up this way, and I'm very grateful to him, his manager, Atlantic Records and the commissioner Kim Jarrett for getting behind the idea.

"Huge thanks and praise to everyone at Blindeye and the rest of the wonderful cast & crew who helped me make it, it was a real joy and pleasure to make from start to finish."
