Gore blimey! Deadhorses direct an intense, visceral experience for Crewe-based four-piece UNIVERSITY. 

The blood-soaked spectacle for Massive Twenty One Pilots Tattoo opens in a spotlit studio, where the band are performing. After a minute or so, the camera begins to knock into them, seemingly by accident but becoming increasingly aggressive towards them. All this whilst one band member sits playing video games, blissfully unaware of the carnage. 

In a storm of glitchy textures, abstract close-ups and an overarching sense of mayhem, the director duo's trademark style shines through. Fast cuts, inverted colours and a sense of anachronistic nostalgia. Great work.
